DESTINATION & VENUE
Secluded in the foothills of Costa Rica’s Montes de Oro, this hidden oasis sits on 65 acres with expansive views of the Pacific. Greet dawn with a peaceful vinyasa. Venture down to the fruit orchard to pick fresh mangoes and bananas. End the day with a bonfire by the Giant Banyan tree. The retreat hosts a farm-to-table restaurant, a swimming pool and yoga deck, workshop spaces, and peaceful nooks for optimal relaxation. Nearby, you’ll find some of the world’s most pristine beaches, cloud forests, and river systems.

YOUR ACCOMMODATION
You will be staying in beautiful, spacious glamping units, each complete with comfortable beds. The pricing is based on the GLAMPING SHARED package which includes sharing an air-conditioned Glamping unit with 1 other person (each person will have their own bed). You will have options to upgrade to a GLAMPING PRIVATE unit or opt or downgrade to BASIC PRIVATE tent option (non air-conditioned) based on your preference. If you are sharing an accommodation, you can specify a roommate or let us match you with someone.

Your meals
You will be treated to 3 meals a day, all organic farm-to-table, with fresh ingredients sourced from the local area. We will have a chef on site cooking delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners that honor the local culture and cuisine. If you get hungry, we’ll have snacks. Non-alcoholic beverages are included, but there will be a bar onsite for those who want to purchase more than water, soda, or juice.
We curate many activities and experiences, but part of the magic comes from our participants as well. All experiences are optional, so immerse yourself in as many as you would like to or take some time out for yourself to just hang out.

FAQs
What’s not included?
You are responsible for your flight to and from the retreat destination and all visas and travel insurance needed.
How many people will be on the program?
Because this is a Nation event, we are more flexible and will determine the final numbers based on the accommodation preferences that are booked.
Can I bring my significant other or pet?
Significant Other: Yes, we’d love to have your significant other sign up for the program too and have factored that into our pricing for Double Occupancy shared accommodations. You can both book the shared option and share your preferred roommate later.
Pets: We are not able to support pets on programs currently, but we are going to do our best to continue exploring this option and will update you in the future if it becomes viable.
What is the visitor policy?
The community experience is incredibly important for everyone on this program, so we ask that you do not have any visitors during the retreat. If your significant other or friend wants to join, they are welcome to book a spot.
Which airport should I fly into for pickup?
We will be doing pickups from San Jose (SJO) airport at 2-3 scheduled windows within the day. We will share exact times during the onboarding process, but expect the window to be around 10am – 4pm.
Can I specify roommates or food preferences?
Yes, after booking, you’ll receive an Onboarding survey to indicate your living preferences, food restrictions, and allergies.
Will I have wifi and space to work?
Yes, we’ll have wifi throughout the property and areas you can be productive in.
Is there parking?
Yes, if you decide to drive, parking is included free for all participants.
What happens if I get sick during the program?
We have access to a local doctor, local health resources, and health services in close proximity.
What’s the weather/seasonality?
We chose this destination because we think it’s a great time to be in this destination. Please keep updated on weather forecasts here.
Is the country safe?
We always work with our safety and security partner, International SOS, to determine the best destinations for each of our programs with your safety in mind.

We understand that personal plans may change, so we are waiving change fees up to 30 days before the program starts. You can rebook for a future program up to 12 months from your original program start date.
