A frequent traveler and former volunteer project manager, Francisco is passionate about sharing his hometown, Lima, with the world. “Lima is so diverse and culturally stimulating. It is the meeting of old and new, history and modern amenities, diverse populations and lifetime city dwellers. The result is incredible art, food, music, and interesting people.” His favorite local dish? Tacu Tacu, or fried rice and beans. “It sounds simple, but it is next level Peruvian-style!”
