Description
Coasteering originated in the 1990s in Wales and has since then grown into a popular adventure sport in over a dozen countries. The sport involves traversing the intertidal area from one point to another. Thus this route will involve scrambling over boulders, walking beaches, swimming through the sea, climbing etc. If you do not wish to swim you can still participate in this fabulous adventure by sticking to the shoreline in the intertidal area where you will scramble & walk and not have to enter the ocean. The route is the same and the scenery is stunning. The team is well equipped and all participants are wearing helmets, aqua shoes, wet suits, gloves and life jackets to stay protected. This high adventure is extremely thrilling and in Goa it is done in the South along the rugged wilderness stretch in Loliem. Our team is very well trained and will ensure your safety.

Itinerary
Start time:
At 5:30 AM Your cab collects you below Dukle Elite Apartment
7:30 AM You will meet your guide at Swiss Family Garden Restaurant with Bar
For 3 to 4 hours Trek, scramble over rocks, swim through the sea and climb
Unlimited rest stops and a scenic stop for snacks and beverages
End time: 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM depending on the fitness of the group
Drive back to Dukles and get home around 2 PM

Difficulty Level : Moderate to Hard, should know to swim (you will be wearing a life vest at all times)
Weather Dependent: Yes All adventure sports carry an inherent element of risk and are dependent on weather and prevailing conditions. The decision of our Trek Leaders to alter routes, shorten treks, or cancel is final in the interest of safety
Special Clothing Required: If swimming, wear form fitting long sleeve shirts and sports shorts, bring bag with water, (wet bag is available on rental), If doing the trekking route, bring trekking shoes / high grip gym shoes and gym clothes with long sleeves and long pants to protect against sunburn
Special Dietary Restrictions: Yes, if mentioned at time of booking only
Extra Cash: Needed for tipping and paying for snacks and rental equipment payments. Please tip whatever you feel like Min. 100/- per person. Please carry cash before you start activity.

Additional Information:
Carry Sunglasses, body and face sunscreen, mosquito repellant, wet wipes, soothing insect balm, a hat and a bottle of water
Please let us know at time of booking if you want snacks and/or rental equipment and carry cash to be paid at time of trek
Liabilities:
Entering the ocean is part of this activity however, it is at your own risk
The villagers love their quietude & privacy, so please do not tag locations.

Please remember that you will be required to sign an indemnity form furnished by your host. What is the refund policy? All cancellations, by customer or Remote Year will be given in Marketplace credit within 3 days of the cancellationWhen a customer cancels, credit value will be subject to any associated cancellation fees.Credit can be used toward anything on the Marketplace or toward future program fees. If you’d like to use toward Program Fees, please email [email protected] Credit is valid for 24 months from date of the email. What happens if my booking is changed/cancelled due to weather?
Let’s be real – no one can control the weather, and sometimes things just don’t go as planned. But don’t worry, your City Manager is here to help and will do their best to come up with a solution if an event is affected. We understand that everyone’s schedule is different, so while we can’t guarantee a make-up option will work for everyone, we promise to try our hardest. If you’re unable to attend the make-up date, no problem – we’ll give you a full refund for your booking.
I have a discount or gift code, can I use it to complete my purchase?
Yes, once you add your item to your cart and check out, you will be able to input the code before completing the purchase. If you need help finding your code, please double check your inbox. You received an email from Marketplace with the code.
Can I book for a friend / family member?
Sure! We welcome your friends and family coming to visit you while you travel the world. We do, however, reserve the right to deny access to Friends / Family who are over using RY Services.
I haven’t received a booking confirmation email, can you help?
Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll help. In some cases, you may have multiple emails associated on the Marketplace and this is causing some confusion. Reach out and we’ll do our best to sort it out!
If I cannot attend, can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you may transfer your booking to another Nation Member or Family/Friend. Please notify the City Manager as soon as possible to confirm the change. Please note, in the case of special dietary requirements, we might not be able to accommodate special requests on last minute changes. Any bookings that require advanced ticketing linked to an individual’s ID might not be approved.
Will I be able to work on this experience?
If you have to check in with work at any point during the scheduled time, we recommend confirming with the City Manager before booking.
I’m a Nation Member but not on an active program, can I still book?
We will always prioritize Remotes who are traveling with an active program on experiences. You may be able to book but there is a chance the City Manager will reach out to let you know we have to release your spot for an active Remote. If you’re in a city but not traveling with a program, we recommend reaching out to the City Manager on the Hub to confirm before booking.
