INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS
Please plan accordingly as there are a couple of Airports in Panama. Our included shuttle service will leave from PTY Airport 11am and 5pm, please plan accordingly to utilise this service.

WEATHER DEPENDENT

Wondering if Mother Nature might rain on our parade? We unfortunately can’t control the weather. There may be a shower or two. The itinerary may need to be adjusted due to weather, but you will be given warning of any changes made. We will always keep the experience and customer safety first priority. Please note, sailing is part of this experience and we cannot control the condition of the weather or ocean. Plan accordingly based on your level of comfort at sea.

Wi-fi is available, but we encourage you not to work 🙌

DIFFICULTY LEVEL
Easy – This adventure tends to be easy but may contain some elements that are considered challenging for some people. Day 3 can be a bit challenging if one is not used to sailing in the ocean.

SPECIAL CLOTHING REQUIRED
Swimwear, rain jacket, cap, sportshoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, light clothes. Note: The sun in Panama is serious, please plan accordingly!

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
No – We will try our best to accommodate most dietary needs if given enough notice.

EXTRA CASH
Think about additional meals, optional activities, souvenirs and personal expenses. A suggested starting point would be to budget an additional Lunches and Dinners that are not included. On average, the cost of a mid-range restaurant meal for one person without drinks or tip is approximately $8 to $15. Higher-end restaurants can cost $20 to $50. Other expenses might include, tipping and personal expenditures (health insurance, medical expenditures, purchase of gifts, etc.) However, you should adjust this amount based on your personal preferences and comfort level. It’s always better to have extra cash on hand and be prepared for unforeseen expenses.

ACCOMMODATION

You’ll be staying in 3 star hotels or above, always centrally located. All rooms will be Shared Rooms between two people max. If you have special rooming requests, please letus know upon booking. The later you inform us of special rooming requests, the less likely we will be able to accommodate

TRANSPORTATION

Flights are not included. All the ground transport to our planned activities are included in your trip. That’s right! No hassle, no stress, just sit back and enjoy the ride to all the itinerary’s hotspots.

In Panama, power plugs and sockets (outlets) of type A and type B are used. The standard voltage is 110 V at a frequency of 60 Hz
