What does Romania have to do with any of this? China and Russia I understand… but Romania? Romania is in the EU, it follows the EU laws and respects GDPR. The one thing Romania doesn’t do is track you. Many people connect to Romania via VPN for torrenting and pirating stuff for this reason alone.
